As a major credit union within Minnesota, this organization's continued success meant that it had outgrown its original building and needed to rearrange its departments to better utilize its existing space and enhance collaboration across multiple disciplines. The new space plans for the building brought a revived cohesiveness to the departments and the overall facility. The teller line and back offices were reworked to include more teller stations and a fresh appearance. Also, a greeter area was strategically placed at the front entry to direct the flow of people and create a better customer experience.
