Openness, durable materials, and brand image were all key aspects of this building's design. Responding to the development restrictions of the site resulted in a compact, yet full service branch that provides financial service opportunities to an under-served portion to the community. A waiting area, self-serve kiosks, manager's offices, member services offices, teller line, teller work room, and break room were all skillfully arranged within the limited footprint available. The tight building site also lead to designing elements of the building as signage, thereby directing attention the branch.
