The Doctors Care medical clinic fulfills a critical need in the south Denver community by providing care to the uninsured and those who could not otherwise afford medical care. With a limited budget and space at a premium, this project successfully combines the medical clinic, administration, program development, and information technology spaces into a seamless whole with well defined circulation, multiple waiting spaces for the different departments, and storage integrated throughout. The clinic space brings together exam rooms, procedure rooms, and a large private area dedicated to medical staff collaboration, discussions, and training. Color infuses the interior to provide an engaging environment for both patients and staff.
